Welcome to our Paying Guest Accommodation.
To ensure a comfortable and safe living experience for everyone, all residents are required to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed for the convenience, safety, and mutual respect of all occupants and staff members.
1. Admission & Stay

All guests must provide valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.

Admission is subject to management approval based on availability and eligibility criteria.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed without prior approval from the management.

Residents are not permitted to sublet or share their room with outsiders without written consent.
-
Management reserves the right to deny admission or continue accommodation at its discretion.
2. Rent, Security Deposit & Payment Policy
-
Rent must be paid in advance on or before the due date every month.
-
A security deposit of ₹2000 (as applicable) is required at the time of admission.

The security deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

After completing three months of stay, residents may adjust their security deposit amount from their last monthly fee, only with prior management approval.

Late rent payments may attract penalties or termination of stay.
Late rent payments will be charged Rs 50 per day.

Any unpaid dues, damages, or penalties will be adjusted from the deposit amount.

Management reserves the right to revise rent or service charges with prior notice.
3. Food & Dining Policy
-
Residents are entitled to three meals per day:

Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
-
Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
-

Meals will be served only during the designated timings. No food will be provided outside these hours unless approved by management in advance.

Residents are requested to follow meal timings strictly and avoid wastage of food.

Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
-
Any complaints or suggestions regarding food should be directed to the management politely.
3A. Food & Dining charges
- We are calculating Rs 90 for 3 times food per head.
- If, by any chance, food is not available, we will refund the amount of Rs 90 only.
- Refund will reduce next month's fees, or end of the month only.
4. Facilities & Maintenance

Facilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. However, excessive or negligent use may result in additional charges.

Residents must immediately report any damage or maintenance issues to the management.
-
The cost of repairs or replacements due to damage or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit.

Housekeeping services will be provided at regular intervals. Residents must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas between scheduled cleanings.
-
Littering or improper waste disposal is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety & Security

Residents are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Unauthorised entry of visitors or outsiders into rooms is strictly prohibited.
-
Any illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities will lead to immediate eviction and possible legal action.
-
Residents must not tamper with security systems, CCTV cameras, or fire safety equipment.
-
Management may conduct room inspections periodically to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
6. Visitors & Guest Policy
-
Visitors are not allowed inside rooms without prior permission from management.
-
Male visitors are not permitted in female PG accommodations and vice versa.
-
Overnight stay of visitors or guests is strictly prohibited.
-
Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Noise, Conduct & Behaviour
-
Residents must maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
-
Loud music, parties, shouting, or any disturbances to other residents are strictly prohibited.
-
Respectful conduct toward fellow residents, staff, and management is mandatory.
-
Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in termination of stay without refund.
8. Curfew & Entry Timings
-
Residents must follow the curfew timings set by the management.
-
Late entries should be informed to the warden or management in advance.
-
Repeated violations of curfew without intimation may result in warnings or termination of stay.
9. Cooking & Electrical Appliances
-
Cooking or the use of gas stoves, induction cookers, or open flames inside rooms is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
-
Use of heaters, irons, or other high-voltage appliances is not allowed.
-
Residents found using unauthorised electrical equipment may face penalties or eviction.
10. Property & Belongings
-
Residents must take care of furniture, fixtures, and appliances provided.
-
Any damage, defacement, or loss will result in charges deducted from the deposit or additional billing.
-
Residents are advised to keep valuables securely locked at all times.
11. Check-Out & Notice Policy
-
Residents must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before vacating the premises.
-
Refund of the deposit (if applicable) will depend on the room condition and completion of the notice period.
-
No refunds will be issued for mid-month checkouts.
-
The room must be left clean and undamaged at the time of checkout.
12. Smoking, Alcohol & Substance Policy
-
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-
If any resident is found consuming alcohol or engaging in prohibited activities, the security deposit of ₹1000 / ₹2000 will be forfeited immediately.
-
Repeated violations may result in immediate eviction and police action.
13. Termination of Stay
-
Management reserves the right to terminate a resident’s stay for the following reasons:

Non-payment of rent or dues
-
Violation of house rules or misconduct
-
Involvement in illegal or disruptive activities
-
Damage to property or non-cooperation with staff
-

In such cases, residents will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By staying at this Paying Guest accommodation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply may result in penalties, loss of deposit, or eviction without notice.
